In 1993, Chef Sáu started the “Ca Nuong” craze! Our famous baked fish (never fried) is coveted for it’s complex but flavourful taste and texture. It’s a fresh whole catfish of various size, oven-baked for a crisp golden brown outside and soft tender inside. Get your roll on!
